Progress is not one number. Fit Horizon tracks sets, reps, volume, days, records, and estimated strength while preserving variation context.
- Variation-specific history prevents assisted, weighted, wide, and strict work from becoming one mushy record.
- Records can cover reps or time, weight, and total volume across one to five sets.
- Estimated one-rep max gives a strength signal without pretending it is a lab result.
